My business partner and I operate a small to medium sized web-support company and we wanted to write to you to thank you for bringing to our attention such a useful and well developed bookkeeping and accounting product.
We were experiencing some problems with our previous bookkeeping software before using Speed-e-books Pro. The time it was taking to process transactions into the system and then to try and do anything afterwards, such as bank reconciliations or VAT returns was stressful to say the least.
I must admit that we were a little dubious at first switching away from one of the bigger software brands but after looking at the specification and features of your product carefully we soon realised that it did everything we wanted it to do. In fact, what we particularly like about the product is that it doesn’t try and do too much, all of which we don’t really need.
Our first positive experience of Speed-e-books was when we started to use the program and how quick it was to get started. There was a definite level of confidence created in using the software as it’s very easy to get stuck in. It is true to say we were up and running in about a minute. Furthermore, it is so easy to use that I can now do company books myself. This is invaluable for knowing what is going on within the business, for knowing who owes us money and for keeping a closer control of our overheads and costs.
Since we first started using Speed-e-books we have saved at least 2 days a month doing the books.
