Wow, fantastic, superb.
I run a small shop here in Shropshire which sells high-end ladies fashions. We are not a huge business but quite up-market and although we don’t have the sales volume of some other retailers it is necessary for us to keep a close control of daily sales and bankings.
For years I struggled with keeping on top of recording my income and costs into something that would make life easy. What I love about Speed-e-books Pro is that because all my income (Money In) is shown in one view it is easy for me at the end of the day to cash up and simply enter the day’s takings straight onto my laptop. I then go online once a week to make sure that my cash and cheque banked and PDQ sales have cleared the account. Any discrepancies are easy to see and chase down between the bank or a customer.
Recording the purchases for stock couldn’t be easier either. The Money Out page of the program let’s me see everything in one simple easy glance. I can at the push of one or two buttons instantly see who has invoiced me for what and how much I have paid them. I don’t seem to have any supplier disputes now because I know exactly what I have bought and when I have paid everyone. And boy is that a blessing as I used to get into a bit of a pickle.
Speed-e-books is quite simply the easiest bookkeeping and accounts preparation program I have ever used. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you, and on behalf of my accountant who now has far fewer problems with my records, perhaps an even bigger thank you.
