Congratulations on a great product!
As I tend to download my bank statements and convert these into Excel readable files, I wanted a programe where I could cut & paste all my bank info straight in. With Speed-e-books I can, then all I have to do is add a few details per transaction such as description and invoice number, etc.
As I get most of my income from contacts and use my business bank account for most business related purchases there is very little extra data entry that I have to do to do my books. I love the way the program is based on a spreadsheet format. I can copy and paste information in and out really easily.
I have found using Speed-e-books so easy that I now do my own bank reconciliation. And my accountant has just reduced my latest bill by £100. Not a huge amount of money but, hey, it has paid for the software nearly three times over in its first year alone.
The other thing to mention is that I am taking about a half a day a month less in time to do my books. Which of course means leaves more time to do what I love best – writing great software.
