All Speed-e-books Limited products come with a 28-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your Speed-e-books product, simply return the product, with your dated receipt to the Speed-e-books Returns Department for a full refund. Include proof of purchase (original or clear copy) and provide your name, address, telephone number and reason for returning.

Unwanted products must be cancelled within 28 working days. The cancellation period starts the day after the day that the products are received. Unwanted products will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation & should be returned to the above address in saleable condition. If products are not returned a deduction will be made from the refund for collection.
Downloaded software is exempt from the above cancellation provisions. (This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer Complaints Procedure. Please refer to the Returns Policy in the Terms and Conditions). However, we are confident of your complete satisfaction of our prodct and extend our 28 day money back guarantee to include software bought online. Simply e-mail support@speed-e-books.com stating your name, address, telephone number, reason for returning and the date of purchase to obtain a full refund.
Please note that if a product has been registered, the licence is not transferable.
All requests for a refund of downloaded software will require e-mail confirmation from the purchaser that all traces of the program have been removed from all computers and any and all other storage devices.
We endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
