In answer to the volume of requests we have received from existing and new customers alike who have asked if we can provide a changeable currency option within the Speed-e-books program, we now provide a changeable currency option within the Speed-e-books program.
The option allows the user to change the overall software base currency to any currency they require, e.g. $’s, US$’s, HK$’s, €’s, etc. The software is now able to work in any currency. This function will appeal to our non-UK customer base and our UK customers who operate overseas or in foreign currencies.
It should be noted, however, that the option does not facilitate multiple currency accounting where the customer wishes / needs to record their operations in multiple currencies in any one accounting period. We have no plans yet to provide such a function but we may consider such a development in the future should there be the appropriate demand.
