1) Why can,t I pay the first time by cash or cheque to avoid the doubt in card safety for the first subscription. 2) Where can I get technical support after purchase. Is there 24/7 support for the product?

We don't take cash or cheques as the processing and handling time makes it non-commercially viable. Our online payment process is 100% SSL secure and operates through a fully certified merchant ID verfied payment process. As much as anyone can, we guarantee secure card protection when using our online payment facility.

Firstly, the User Guide accompanying the software will tell you everything you need to know about how to operate the software. We offer online (e-mail) technical support for any software issues not covered by the User Guide. Technical bookkeeping and accounting issues will need to be referred to your accountant or bookkeeper being user / business specific. In practice, we find most users rarely have a question outside of what is covered in the User Guide.
